- Do you ship internationally?
At present we do not ship outside of mainland UK - this is mainly due to the fragile nature of the items we sell and the lack of freight companies that will insure glass. If you wish to purchase from us and arrange your own shipping then we will work with you to accommodate this.
- How do I take advantage of your price gaurantee?
You can simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the full details of where you have seen the same item at a lower price (within 14days from the original purchase date), once this has been verified we will then refund any difference to the payment method which was used for your original payment.Please note that when we carry out a price gaurantee we will also take in to account delivery charges and if the item is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
We will not price match with companies that do not have a company registration number or if we feel that they are not a genuine company. We will also not price match against auction sites such as Ebay, Amazon, Alibaba etc.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of the items on our website are in stock or manufactured in this country especially for each order. Some are special order items. As we operate such a busy warehouse, our stock levels change by the hour. So we do state in our terms that delivery can take up to 28 working days. The majority of our orders are picked and delivered within 7 - 10 days. Should we expect your item to be delayed for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible through email or telephone. Over the years we have great experience in working with specialist fragile goods couriers who deliver your mirror without going through complicated and rough sorting methods. Our courier takes a little longer than the overnight carriers but we currently operate at less than 2% of all mirrors delivered, arrive damaged.
- What if the mirror arrives damaged?
In all walks of life from time to time accidents do happen and that includes our industry to. Should your mirror arrive damaged, don't worry, rest assured that iwantamirror.com will deal with it effectively. Just contact us by telephone within 24 hours of delivery to notify us, then send us a photograph of the damage within 48 hours of the delivery then we will get a replacement out to you ASAP. Should we be unable to supply a replacement then we will give you a full refund without any hassle.
- What if I change my mind?
If your mirror is a stock item that has not yet left our warehouse for delivery we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund of your money. If your mirror has either been ordered in especially or has left our warehouse then we will be charged a fee to bring it back into us. In this case we will issue you a refund on it's safe return and refund you your money minus any delivery costs that have been incurred (this is normally £30)
- Do you have a high street shop or showroom?
At present we currently do not have a showroom or retail premises which you can visit, however should you require further images relating to our products or any wish to ask any questions then email us direct at email@example.com
- Do you offer discount to trade customers?
Yes! Over the years we have worked with many companies who use us to source their mirrors. We have recently helped interior design companies put mirrors into pubs, apartment blocks, show homes, shops and fitness centers.
